Responsibilities: Manages the operational oversight of the information systems and business processes for the Office of the University Provost. Provides data and analytical support for a variety of functions within Academic Affairs, manages data reporting, and oversees critical data entry and maintenance within Banner for faculty. Serves as the technical advisor for Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) and other software as needed. Develops user training for Academic Affairs technology systems and serves as the liaison between IT technical staff and Academic Affairs.
